Some items are missing, where are they?

When you place an order with different products, it is possible that different suppliers are involved. To avoid high shipping costs for you due to excessive delivery weight, the different articles of the same order are sent separately.

That is why you may receive your items individually and at different times.

Where can I find my tracking number?

A shipping confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent a few days after purchase.

When the confirmation is email sent, your tracking number does not work instantaneously. He will be active within 7 working days.

Delivery time

What are the delivery times ?

When you place an order, it is processed by our fulfillment center within 1 to 2 business days. Then, your item will be shipped within 2 business days.

Delivery takes an average of 6-9 days. In very exceptional cases (Covid-19 strike position, end of year festivities, ...) this can be a little longer. If your package does not arrive at destination after 8 weeks, we will send it to you again or we will proceed to a full refund. Rest assured, this happens only in 0.01% of cases.

Even if it seems long to you, do not worry: your order is on its way to your home.

Why delivery is so long?

To provide you with very competitive prices but also to avoid substantial costs while ensuring quality products, we work with foreign-based suppliers. Our goods are therefore also abroad. The delivery from these destinations obviously takes time.
