By placing an order through this website, you agree to the terms below. These are provided to ensure that both parties are aware of and agree to this arrangement for mutual protection and to set expectations for our service.
Subject to stock availability. We strive to maintain an accurate inventory of available inventory, but from time to time there may be an inventory discrepancy and we may not be able to fill all of your items at the time of purchase. In this case, we will respond to the products offered to you, and contact you to find out if you would prefer to wait for a restocking of the out-of-stock item or if you would prefer us to process to a refund.
2. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment of shipping charges will be collected with the purchase.
This price will be the final price for shipping costs to the customer.
3.1 Returns due to change of mind we will gladly accept returns due to change of mind provided that a return request is received by us within 14 days of receipt of the item and the item is returned to us in the original packaging, unused and in resalable condition.
The return costs will be borne by the customer and he will have to organize it.
Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed. We will inform you as soon as this has been done by email. We will refund the value of the returned goods but will NOT refund the value of any freight paid.
3.2 Warranty Returns
WE will be pleased to honor any valid warranty claim, provided that a request is made within 30 days of receipt of the items.
Customers will be required to pay the return shipping costs in advance, but we will reimburse you if the warranty request is successful.
In the event of a return of items that are subject to a warranty claim, you can expect us to process your warranty claim within 7 days.
Once the warranty request has been confirmed, you will have the choice between
a) refund according to your method of payment
b) an in-store refund
c) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)
4. Terms and conditions of delivery
Orders are usually in transit for 7 to 15 days.
4.3 Shipping time
Orders are generally shipped within 3 to 5 business days after payment of the order.
Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday during normal business hours, except for national holidays when the warehouse will be closed.
In some cases, we take steps to ensure that shipping times are kept to a minimum.
4.4 Change of delivery address
For requests to change the delivery address, we are able to change the address up until 24 hours after your order has been placed.
4.5 Shipment by P.O. Box
WE will only ship to P.O. Box addresses using postal services. We are not able to offer mail services at these locations. We are not responsible for any errors made by the national postal services.
4.6 Out of Stock Items
If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out of stock items and ship the rest of the order.
4.8 Exceeding the delivery time
If the delivery time has been exceeded, please contact us so that we can investigate.
5. Follow-up on notifications
Upon shipment, customers will receive a tracking link from which they can follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates available from the transportation service provider.
6. Packages damaged in transit
If you find that a package is damaged in transit, please, if possible, reject the mail and contact our customer service department. If the package has been delivered without you being present, please contact the customer service with the next steps.

7.2 Import duties and taxes
Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be payable upon arrival in the country of destination. This varies from country to country, and WE encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.
If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to us at the Customer's expense, and the customer will receive a refund of the value of the goods paid for, less the cost and expenses of return. The cost of the original shipment will not be refunded.
If you change your mind before we receive your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order is shipped. If an order has already been shipped, please refer to our refund policy.
Packages are insured against loss and damage up to the value indicated by the courier.
9.1 Procedure in case of packages damaged in transit
We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation of the request.
