Before joining Beatport, Alex helped support the international development of EMPIRE.
Finlay Johnson
COO, AFEM
Finlay Johnson spent ten years in multiple venue production, artist liaison and curatorial roles at the world's largest arts festival, the Edinburgh International Festival Fringe. Before becoming a live agent at WME, representing DJs and live acts from underground clubs to festivals to arena tours. For the past year he has been leading the AFEM transition and is seeking to amplify the best of the electronic music culture, and reduce the barriers to education and commerce within the industry.
Maximilien Jazani

After 25 years as a Lawyer ("Avocat"), Maximilien Jazani founded Catalogue Associates Limited (UK) in 2021. Catalogue Associates is an agency specializing in the sale of music rights catalogues. With legal and financial background and skills, since the beginning of the rise in market of the sales of music catalogs, Maximilien has advised rights-holders like iconic artists David Guetta, Jean-Michel Jarre, Martin Solvei and others for the sale of their Masters catalogues or Publishing catalogs.
Jordi Puy
CEO, Unison
Jordi has more than twenty-five years of experience in the music sector. He has a degree in Law from the University of Barcelona and IP studies at Stockholm’s University. In 2014 he co-founded and is still a member of the board of directors of Sound Diplomacy, a leading company in the creation and implementation of social and economic development strategies through music. In 2017, Jordi co-founded and is currently CEO of UNISON, which is one of the private and for-profit music copyright management operator pioneers in Europe and one of the first two private music rights management companies to be accepted as Client RME in CISAC. Unison manages rights in more than 2.5M songs for +800 clients from 30 countries, collectively representing +40k rights holders.

Rhys Baker is the Label Manager at award-winning Brighton-based independent record label Tru Thoughts, and its publishing company Full Thought Publishing. Working across high-profile and eclectic campaigns for the likes of Grammy-nominated neo-soul trio Moonchild, prolific alternative dance pioneer Quantic, British soulstress Alice Russell, New Orleans Hot 8 Brass Band and pioneering grime MC Flowdan – he has notably signed jazz anti-traditionalists Ebi Soda to the label.

Lucie has negotiated international relations and commercial deals on all ‘sides’ of the stakeholder table and led policy affairs at government level. Lucie started her music career at an iconic music indie publisher and spent time focusing on innovation for both collective rights and commercial services.

Annie J. F. Birkeland

Annie joined Ultra Music back in 2017 where she started up the EU marketing division. Sony acquired Ultra Music back in 2021, Ultra Music became Ultra Records and Annie Birkeland was promoted to head of UK. Previously Annie worked in publishing for years across the EU as well as in US. She worked with the biggest writers and producers in the wold, curating songwriting camps in Denmark with Cutfather back in 2012, as well as heading up the sync division for a Danish publisher. Annie worked with Copenhagen Records / Universal Denmark, was part of starting three different festivals, as well as running her own management / label set up with partner Stella Santa called Free Recs since 2018.

Olivier has 35 years of experience in the music industry as an entrepreneur, creative director, and artist & label manager.
Co-founder of Chronowax (1995–2005), an iconic rap and electronic music label and distribution company acquired by Virgin (Chromeo, Bloc Party, Ed Banger, M83, Prince...). Co-founder of Official.fm (2007–2012), an award-winning music tech startup with 4 million users, later acquired by Rothschild PE branch.
He is currently a managing partner at boutique music agency Sounds Like Now, where he incubates music IP projects and advises artists and labels on international development (SONY, APPLE MUSIC...). He is also developing a new music marketplace startup (in stealth mode).

Solange Cesarovna

Solange is a Cape Verdean singer, songwriter, and cultural icon, celebrated as the “Queen of Morna of the 21st Century.” She is Vice President of the African Music Academy (AMA) and the International Council of Music Creators (CIAM), and the first CLIP Champion by WIPO for Creators, leading global advocacy for creators' rights and African music. As former President of the Cape Verdean Society of Music (2013-2023), she revolutionized copyright management in Cape Verde.
David Serras

Father of one girl and two dogs, dedicated husband and surfer, David is a Portuguese intellectual property and entertainment lawyer with over twelve years of experience. Currently, he is the head of licensing and international manager at Unison Rights. He has worked at the Portuguese and Cape Verdean CMOs as legal counsel and head of international and licensing – and also as legal counsel for several EU companies.
He is also Of Counsel for some Iberian law firms, and has created his own law firm, PeertreeLawyers. David holds a Master's degree in Law from the Portuguese Catholic University and several postgraduate degrees in intellectual property and collective management.

Over the years Philip has managed artist like Friendly Fires, and Aluna George, producer Mark Ralph, and Belgian DJ The Magician to name a few. His current roster includes, Grammy award winning dance producer Alex Metric and songwriting power house Robert Harvey.
As well as management, 764 has a joint publishing venture with Patrick Moxey's Ultra Publishing, to identify and export Portuguese talent internationally.
